Processing

We cast and forge valves, then process them through turning, milling, drilling, and other techniques. Precision control of dimensions and surface roughness is crucial during processing to ensure the sealing performance and longevity of the valves.

Assembly

During assembly, we put together valve casings, internal pipes, valve bodies, and covers and use suitable sealing materials. Next, we install valve handles or electric actuators for operation, followed by durability testing to ensure performance.

Pressure Testing

The main purpose of valve pressure testing is to check its sealing and pressure resistance. By simulating actual working conditions, we ensure the valve can control fluid flow. This process not only finds and fixes faults but also improves the valve's overall quality and safety.

Quality Inspection

We conduct a series of tests on valves according to international standards, including visual inspection, sealing performance, operational performance, and pressure resistance to ensure their safety, reliability, and normal operation.

Packing

Before packing valves, we inspect and clean them, and decide on the packaging structure, materials, and standards. After packing the valve body, connectors, and pipes, we use standard dustproof and moisture-proof covers to ensure a secure seal.
